At our Wellness Center, we believe that living a healthy lifestyle requires education and essential skills to be successful. Our wellness programs are designed to do just that. Each program course is customized and tailored to teach you how to understand the fundamentals of the topic, as well as practical guidelines for how to incorporate and live this lifestyle.
With programs designed with you in mind, our experts provide a broad range of topics to meet your needs. Programs can seamlessly build upon another, and we encourage you to enroll in multiple modules to strengthen your wellness foundation.
Please note that we are in the process of adapting our courses to be offered virtually due to COVID-19 class capacity restrictions. The programs below are part of our curriculum but may not all be ready to be offered at this time.
COVID Recovery Program
This 30-day online program is designed to improve the immune system, lung function, metabolic capacity & overall quality of life for those who have recovered from COVID-19. This program focuses on tips & lifestyle changes based on scientific evidence within our core pillars of wellness: movement, nutrition and mind-body restoration. Breath work, simple cooking, flexibility, mental health, core strength and functional movement are all addressed. While this program was created for those recovered from COVID-19, it is also appropriate for anyone with chronic lung conditions or metabolic conditions, such as diabetes, heart disease or hypertension.
Our self-guided COVID Recovery Program includes the following:
- 30 days of daily emails, each focused on a specific pillar of wellness. Emails include video tutorials and helpful handouts and materials.
- A virtual 30 minute consult with a health coach of your choice.
- Access to our Video Library
- Program graduate discount on health coaching packages.
